Pricing Commitment, if our clients are not successful in their
lawsuit, they will not have to repay Empire – not a penny. All
of Empire’s costs are payable only upon final adjudication or

Commitment is available to any customer who receives a
written quote for a cash advance on their personal
injury case.
- If a client finds a lower rate for
their personal injury case, Empire will review the claim
within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of information from the
client’s attorney, and will attempt to meet and beat the
rate.

you.
- The Best Efforts Pricing Commitment
applies only to written quotes from presettlement
lawsuit funding companies on personal injury cases.
- Empire reserves the right to reject any
claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have
provided incomplete information.
- Void where prohibited by law.
Empire reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best
Efforts Pricing Commitment at any time without prior
notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting
of such terms on our web site and any cancellation will
be effective upon removal of references to the Best
Efforts Pricing Commitment from our web site.
