Robert Amaral, President of Empire Settlement Funding holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the prestigious School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Robert has over 18 years of experience in the mortgage lending and real estate industries. Robert founded and ran a highly successful mortgage banking business and managed a multi-million dollar servicing portfolio and has attained experience in business management and development, sales management, and client relations.

Scott Vetstein, Chief Executive Officer of Empire Settlement Funding holds a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Northeastern University in Boston. He began his career as an insurance adjuster, but soon thereafter started his own business, N.E. Physical Therapy Plus, Inc. Within six years, his company grew from one to seven outpatient physical therapy clinics, a medical billing company, and 35 employees. Scott’s clients consisted of the major personal injury law firms in Massachusetts and a large network of physicians including the medical staff for The Boston Celtics basketball team.
